Euro 2012 round-up

The European Championships have now reached the semi-finals and three Chelsea players are still involved after an exciting set of quarter-finals! Portugal and Raul Meireles edged past the Czech Republic side with Petr Cech in goals after Ronaldo scored a late winner.

Playing Portugal will be Spain who have Juan Mata and Fernando Torres in their squad. The Spaniards knocked out the French 2-0, which means the tournament is over for Florent Malouda.

In the other quarter-finals Germany thrashed Greece 4-2 and it was penalty heartache for JT and Ashley Cole as England were beaten by Italy – hard luck lads!
