If you go to the Skills area of bridgekids, you'll find our brand-new Skills video. This week we show you how to do a 'neck catch' – something you see all the Blues stars practising in training!

If you want to show off your skills, why not record a video of yourself in action and upload it to the Chelsea Skills School – you have the chance to win a money-can't-buy prize from Chelsea FC!

All you have to do to be in with a chance of winning, is upload a video (no longer than 30 seconds) of your best tricks.
