Get yourself over to the Skills section of bridgekids to see our brand-new video. This week you can learn how to do the 'seven-up' routine, which is the perfect way to practise your keepy up skills!



Once you've mastered the trick, you can upload a video to the Chelsea Skills School, and have the chance to win a great prize from Chelsea FC!



All you have to do to be in with a chance of winning is upload a video (no longer than 30 seconds) of your best tricks. 



The deadline for entry is Friday 30 March, so you better get your video in soon!
