It was a disappointing night for Chelsea on Friday as the Blues were beaten by Spanish side Atletico Madrid.
Chelsea had been on a great run following three league wins, but Atletico and Columbian striker Falcao in particular, were in stunning form.
The match was virtually decided in the first half with Falcao scoring a brilliant hat-trick in the first 45 minutes. All three goals were expertly finished leaving Cech with no chance.
The second half saw Miranda score a fourth goal for Madrid on the hour mark, before Gary Cahill pulled a goal back for the Blues when he lashed a loose ball into the net in the box.
In the end though, it was a comfortable win for Madrid and the Blues will be glad of the international break next week to recover and get themselves back to winning ways in the Premier League!
