Chelsea take on league leaders City

Chelsea travel to Manchester for the second Sunday match in a row this weekend to take on Premier League leaders Manchester City.

The Blues didn't manage to take any points from their last game in Lancashire, so will be keen to make amends with a good result this weekend.

Antonio Conte and his team will be hoping that City's busy calendar will have tired them out. Pep Guardiola's side won the League Cup against Arsenal on Sunday, and then travelled to North London for a league game on Friday, when they beat the Gunners 3-0 again.

Even though it's an away game, Chelsea will fancy their chances.

The Blues have won more games than any other away team at the Etihad, with seven wins to their name at the Manchester stadium.

They actually won their last game there in December 2016, thanks to goals from Diego Costa, Willian and Eden Hazard!

City were the league leaders during that match as well, but since then they haven't lost at home.

Chelsea, then, will have to be at their best to take points away from the Etihad. Thankfully, Conte will have almost a full squad to choose from, with only Tiemoue Bakayoko, David Luiz, Ross Barkley and Ethan Ampadu recovering from injuries.

The match kicks off at 4pm on Sunday. Check out BridgeKids next week for a full match report!
