Seven Blues in U19 Euros

Seven Chelsea players are travelling to Georgia next week to represent their countries in the Under-19 European Championship.

Trevoh Chalobah, Jay Dasilva, Reece James, Mason Mount, Jacob Maddox and Dujon Sterling have all been called up in the England squad, while Joseph Colley will play for Sweden.

England, who are in Group B, start their tournament against Bulgaria on Monday, before facing the Netherlands and Germany.

Colley's Sweden, meanwhile, take on the Czech Republic, Portugal and hosts Georgia in Group A.

The young Blues will be hoping to repeat the success of their Chelsea season, when they won the treble.

The England players will also take inspiration from their Under-17, Under-20 and Under-21 counterparts.

England Under-17s made the European Championship final, with Chelsea striker Callum Hudson-Odoi opening the scoring.

Under-20 World Cup stars Fikayo Tomori, Jake Clarke-Salter and Dominic Solanke helped England lift the title.

The Under-21s, meanwhile, with Tammy Abraham, Lewis Baker and Nathaniel Chalobah in their number, face Germany on Tuesday night in a European semi-final.

With so many young Chelsea prospects playing at the highest level in their age group, there's plenty for Blues fans to be excited about!
