Stat attack: Chelsea's pre-season

Chelsea have played three big games in Asia during their pre-season preparations for the 2017/18 season.

First, the Blues took on Arsenal at the famous Bird's Nest Stadium in Beijing, China.

Michy Batshuayi scored two great goals, and Willian got another, as Chelsea won 3-0 against a team they face on Sunday in the Community Shield!

Did you know? The Bird's Nest Stadium can seat 91,000, and it was pretty much full for the match!

The Blues then travelled to Singapore for the International Champions Cup.

Although they lost against Inter Milan and Bayern Munich, Chelsea scored at least one goal in both games.

The matches also saw the debuts of new signings Willy Caballero, Alvaro Morata and Antonio Rudiger.

Did you know? Alvaro Morata got an assist in his debut, helping Michy Batshuayi to his third goal of the pre-season tour!

Antonio Conte's squad played three games in eight days to prepare for next season, which starts with a Community Shield match against Arsenal on Sunday.

As well as Caballero, Morata and Rudiger, the Blues have also signed Tiemoue Bakayoko in the transfer window.

A few players have also returned from loans and featured in Chelsea's pre-season: Charly Musonda Jr, Marcin Bulka, Tomas Kalas, Jake Clarke-Salter, Fikayo Tomori, Mario Pasalic, Lewis Baker, Kyle Scott, Jeremie Boga, Loic Remy and Andreas Christensen could all make an impact this season.
