Daily Roar: big wins for young Blues
I always miss watching Chelsea play over international breaks. Lucky for me though there were so many Chelsea stars in action for their countries!
It's not just the full internationals who are in action either: the Under-18s, Under-19s and Under-21s have all been playing in England colours.
Loads of Chelsea players, a few from the first team and a few from the development squad, are representing England at junior level.
Ruben Loftus-Cheek was brilliant as England Under-21s dominated Denmark in a 4-0 friendly win. The midfielder controlled midfield and even got two goals.
Nathaniel Chalobah and Lewis Baker, who started in England's tight defeat to Germany last week, were on the bench, as the coaches named a much-changed side. Chalobah captained the side in England's last match.
Tammy Abraham, who also faced Germany, came on as a late substitute against Denmark.
Loftus-Cheek's opened the scoring with a clever finish, and put away a brilliant second late on to make it 4-0 after two of his teammates had scored.
It means Loftus-Cheek has scored an incredible six goals in his last five starts for the U21s!
Jay Dasilva, Dujon Sterling, Mason Mount and Trevoh Chalobah have been playing in the Elite Round of qualifying for the European Championships with the England Under-19s.
The young Blues have helped their side to 3-0 wins against Norway and Spain, and a 5-1 victory against Belarus to get through. The finals take place in Georgia and run from 2 to 15 July.
Jay Dasilva captained the side, while Mount got a goal against Norway.
Reece James and Tariq
Uwakwe, meanwhile, have been in action for the England Under-18s in their wins over Qatar.
The international break has been fantastic, and it's not over yet! Spain take on France tonight, with loads of Chelsea players up for starting places. There'll be a round up of any Chelsea action from the match on BridgeKids tomorrow.
