Michy Batshuayi's Breakfast

Preparation time: 3 minutes

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

1 cup of museli
1 banana
Handful of blueberries
Milk

Method:

1. Ask an adult to help you chop the banana into slices.
2. Pour one cup of museli into a bowl, then add the banana slices and the blueberries.
3. Pour some milk over the top.

Stamford says:

"Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and there is a good reason why!

"What you eat in the morning needs to be able to fuel your body up until lunch time, so you should make sure you're eating the right sort of food!

"This breakfast contains carbohydrates that slowly give you energy throughout the morning. The fruit will add yummy flavour and some extra vitamins and minerals."
