Chelsea host Cherries in Premier League

Chelsea host Bournemouth tonight in a midweek Premier League match.

The Blues have already beaten the Cherries twice this season, winning 1-0 on the South Coast thanks to an Eden Hazard goal. Goals from Willian and Alvaro Morata secured a 2-1 in the League Cup in December.

Antonio Conte's side managed the double against Bournemouth last season, scoring three goals both home and away and only conceding one! A win tonight would make it three league doubles in three seasons against Eddie Howe's men.

Chelsea go into tonight's match having lost only once in the last 16 league games, keeping them third in the Premier League table. The competition for Champions League places is fierce this season, so the Blues will be eager for a win.

The Chelsea stars could face two of their old teammates this evening, as Asmir Begovic and Nathan Ake both joined Bournemouth in the summer.

Both players have been starters since signing for the Cherries, but are likely to be up against it, with Chelsea's attackers in great form.

Fans could see the first appearance of new signing Emerson Palmieri, who signed from Roma yesterday. Check out an article about the new signing HERE!

The match kicks off at 7.45pm UK time tonight. Check out BridgeKids tomorrow for a full match report!
