Chelsea take on West Ham

06/04/2018

West Ham will travel across London this Sunday to face Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.

There hasn’t been a goalless draw between the two sides since 2004, so this is sure to be an exciting game!

Facing West Ham at home has been a Chelsea speciality for over a decade, we’ve been unbeaten in our last 12 home games against the Hammers!

West Ham manager David Moyes has never won at Stamford Bridge, this will be his 15th visit, and he’ll be hoping to break this spell! He will be a positive mood though, after leading the Hammers to a 3-0 win over Southampton at the weekend.

Conte will be determined for the Blues to get a victory though, after an unlucky loss to Spurs at the weekend.

In team news, Thibaut Courtois is unlikely to start after a hamstring strain he picked up against Tottenham. This means that Willy Caballero is likely start in his place.

The Blues could also be without Pedro and Davide Zappacosta, who picked up knocks against Spurs at the weekend.

The West Ham team will be without their star winger Michail Antonio, who has been ruled out for the rest of the season after limping off against Southampton at the weekend.

West Ham playmaker Manuel Lanzini will also miss the game, having suffered a knee injury on international duty.

This will be our last London derby of the season, let’s hope it ends in a victory!
