England Under-21s in Germany clash

England Under-21s face Germany on Tuesday evening in the European U21 Championship semi-finals.

Three Chelsea players are hoping to make an impact, after playing in every game so far. Nathaniel Chalobah will be wanting to shake of the injury that forced him off in the last match, while Baker is also aiming for a fourth consecutive start.

In attack, Abraham has been one of England's best players, winning a penalty in the win over Poland.

Baker stepped up to score the penalty, opening his account for the tournament.

England qualified top of their group, after beating Poland and Slovakia, and drawing with Sweden.

Germany, meanwhile, qualified as the top runners up, losing to Italy in their final group game.

The Italians take on Spain in the other semi-final, meaning both are star-studded affairs, full of top talent from Europe's leading leagues.

The match kicks off at 5pm, as England look for their first final in the competion since 2009. The Young Lions lost to Germany in that final and will be looking to get their own back.
