Chelsea host Fulham in West London derby

The Blues are looking to bounce back quickly with a win against local rivals Fulham on Sunday, after losing to Spurs last weekend.

Chelsea haven't faced Fulham since the Cottagers were last in the Premier League in 2014, but before then they were one of our favourite opponents.

Between 1980 and 2014, that's 34 years, Chelsea only lost once to Fulham in 36 matches!

In fact, Fulham haven't won at Stamford Bridge since 1979!

The last time Fulham were in the Premier League, Chelsea beat them 2-0 at the Bridge, thanks to goals from Oscar and John Obi Mikel. Two of Chelsea's current stars, Eden Hazard and Gary Cahill, were in that winning side, while Fulham are a very different team.

Currently rock-bottom of the table, Fulham got their second win of the season last weekend, beating Southampton 3-2 in a five-goal thriller.

The side, who are now managed by former Blues boss Claudio Ranieri, have let in the most goals of any Premier League team, conceding 33 goals in 13 games. Chelsea have only let in 11.

The match kicks off on Sunday at Midday. Check out BridgeKids on Monday for a full match report.
