Chelsea face Liverpool at the Bridge

After reaching the Champions League Final earlier in the week, Liverpool travel to Stamford Bridge for an important match against the Blues.

Chelsea have hit great form recently, we’ve won our last four games! If we keep winning, reaching the top 4 is a real possibility!

Though Liverpool have had a good season and reached the final of the Champions League, they’ve only picked up 2 points in their last two Premier League games.

Our last two matches with Liverpool have ended in 1-1 draws, and we haven’t lost against them in the Premier League since 2014! This puts us in a good place to play them on Sunday.

Liverpool main man Mo Salah will be our biggest threat, but with Marcos Alonso returning from injury, we’re in a good defensive place!

Alonso isn’t guaranteed to start though, with Emerson Palmieri playing brilliantly recently!

David Luiz is still unlikely to start, after being sidelined with a knee injury for a while now, but he should be called back into action soon! Danny Drinkwater and Ethan Ampadu also remain unavailable due to injuries.

Liverpool forward Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain has been ruled out for the rest of the season, with Joel Matip, Adam Lallana and Emre Can also unavailable to be called up this Sunday.

It’s a very important game for the Blues. A win is essential for our hopes of reaching the Champions League next season!

With our recent form and brilliant attacking players though, there’s no reason why we can’t pick up the three points!
