Chelsea face Sunderland in final match

Antonio Conte's Chelsea side could break the record for number of wins in a Premier League season, if they beat Sunderland on Sunday.

The Blues have already wrapped up the title, and equalled the current record of 29, set by Chelsea's 2004/05 and 2005/06 trophy-winning teams.

Cesc Fabregas was the hero in Monday's match against Watford, scoring a goal in the final two minutes to seal the win for Tuesday.

In the return fixture earlier this season, Cesc scored the only goal in a tight match. Conte may well build the team around him again, in the hopes that the creative midfielder will find the gaps in Sunderland's defence.

It might not be too hard a task, however.

Sunderland are rock-bottom of the table and have already been relegated. They have also already conceded 64 goals.

Chelsea won't be taking their foot of the pedal, though, with the Premier League win record in sight.

They also have history on their side: the Blues have won 20 of their last 25 matches against the Black Cats.

The match kicks off at 3pm on Sunday. Check out BridgeKids soon after for a full match report!
